This more than 100-year-old family home has been carefully maintained and passed down through generations. The traditional Canary-style wooden ceiling, natural stone walls, and original layout give Casa El Fayal a cozy and peaceful atmosphere, enhanced by tasteful rustic décor.

The 60 m² holiday home spans two levels and is thoughtfully arranged around a central living area:
- The living/dining room is cozy and inviting with a two-seater sofa, rattan armchair, wood-burning stove and Canary-style wood ceiling.
- A dining table for 4, flat screen satellite TV, radio, MP3/CD/DVD player, and free WiFi ensure comfort and entertainment.
- The well-equipped kitchenette includes a ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, and essential cooking utensils — ideal for preparing meals with fresh local produce from the nearby Puntagorda farmers’ market.

Ground floor bedroom:
- 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm), windows facing the terrace and garden.
Upper floor bedroom:
