The 110 m² living space of Villa Maraja is flooded with light thanks to floor-to-ceiling glass doors in every room – all of which face the sea. Enjoy spectacular sunset views or watch La Palma’s famous night sky through the large windows or from your private veranda.
The house is powered by solar panels, including solar water heating. A pellet stove in the living area and split air conditioning units in all rooms provide year-round comfort.

Perfectly Located for Nature, Culture & Culinary Delights
Villa Maraja is just a short walk from the panoramic restaurant La Muralla, which offers sweeping views of La Palma’s west coast. A bus stop is also nearby, though we highly recommend renting a car.
In just 5 minutes by car, you’ll reach Tijarafe, a picturesque village with a supermarket, a bakery and pizzeria. Several hiking trails – including the famous Camino Real GR130 – pass through the region, offering routes to Puntagorda, Tazacorte or the hidden Prois de Candelaria (Smuggler’s Bay).
The farmers’ market in Puntagorda on weekends is well worth a visit, where local farmers and artists present fresh produce and handmade crafts.
