The Villa – Elegant, Bright & Comfortable
Built in traditional Canarian style and stylishly renovated, Villa Botánico impresses with its natural stone façade, light-filled interiors and high-quality furnishings. Muntin-free windows and large French doors invite the sunlight in and offer stunning views over the ocean and the garden from nearly every room.
Inside, you’ll find approximately 160 m² of living space on two floors:
Ground Floor (approx. 125 m²):
- 2 double bedrooms with wooden floors (beds: 2x single mattresses, 90 x 200 cm)
- 2 bathrooms with shower and WC, travertine & Moroccan mosaic finishes
- Large living room with terracotta floors, comfortable sofa, satellite TV, stereo, DVD
- Charming dining room for 6 with central heating and artistic flair
- Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, spices & more
- Wood-burning stove for cozy evenings (firewood available at cost)
Upper Floor:
- 1 suite with French bed (140 x 200 cm), private balcony and
- Ensuite bathroom with shower, WC and tiled bathtub
