This generously laid-out designer villa (180 m²) features floor-to-ceiling windows, natural wood elements, and a light-filled ambience. All floors and bathrooms have underfloor heating with adjustable temperature control – perfect for both summer and winter stays.
Relax in the large living area (70 m²) with leather seating, a revolving designer fireplace (firewood provided), and a home entertainment setup including flat-screen satellite TV, DVD/CD player, and a library with books, films, and music.
The house opens onto expansive south- and west-facing terraces (80 m² each) with sun loungers, seating, and uninterrupted ocean views.

Location & Activities
Villa Atlántico is located at the edge of Tijarafe, just 2 km from the main road – completely peaceful with no through traffic. A rental car is essential, and due to the steep access road, a four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.
This region is a paradise for hikers and nature lovers, with trails starting directly from the property. A larger sandy beach is only 20 minutes away by car (Puerto de Tazacorte), and in summer, hidden Atlantic coves can be discovered nearby.
